F.A.Q.
Question - When the Chatroom is open, will I still be able to go back to the main website?
Answer - Yes, you will be able to go back to the main website! The Chatroom shall open in a popup
and the website will remain active in the back.
You can use [Alt-Tab] to switch between the Chatroom and the main website.
Question - The popup window for the Chatroom does not open...
Answer - Then please close off the internet browser and try once again by going to http://www.soulhouronline.com
Question - The popup window opens, but my internet browser is still hanging...
Answer - Please empty your 'Temporary Internet Files'. You can do this in windows by Clicking on Start > Settings > Control panel > Internet Options.
Question - Everythhing is like alright, but am still seeing an empty page...
Answer - Then, perhaps Java Runtime is not installed on your computer.
